+ - International Sales Coordinator
International Sales Coordinator (32-40 hours)
For our international sales team we are looking for an experienced International Sales Coordinator. Someone that gets excited about structure, loves to connect with other teams but also has sales in their DNA. The International sales team of Fabienne Chapot works with self-managed countries and clients but also with external sales agents and distributors. In this role you will be the first point of contact of all external sales partners.
Besides coordinating the international markets you will oversee and manage the general wholesale processes including the commercial calendar of the total sales FC team. To achieve this best, you will work very closely with our Operations, Finance and Marketing teams. This means that you will make sure to prepare each season with all tools and elements to have a great start, during the season you will update everyone with relevant information and follow up on requests, closing the season with all the checks.
You will report to- and work very closely with the International Sales Director. Your work base will be in Amsterdam.
What will you do?
• You will be the first point of contact of all our international sales partners (agents/distributors) which contains for example: coordination of the order portfolio, client/prospect admin, update the sales plan, onboarding of new sales partners and key accounts
• You will manage your own (self-managed) clients via showroom / fairs or digital appointments
• You will support on the next level structure of the international markets
• You will support with and attend international trade shows like Copenhagen & Paris
• You will organize our amazing collection kick-oQ event from A-Z 2 times a year
• You will be responsible for the team’s intern and work a lot together
• You will coordinate all relevant sales tools like the B2B webshop, follow up on the commercial calender – inform the total sales team about all relevant matters,
What do we ask from you?
• Flexibility, energy and a strong commercial mindset
• 3-5 years years of experience as sales, coordinator and/or administrator
• A study in Business Administration, International Business or Commercial Fashion.
• A passion for our brand, fully embracing our personal, positive, transparent, and empowering values.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Other languages like Dutch, German, French and Spanish are a big plus.
• Interest in ERP systems/IT (sales) tools and Excel are a plus

As our Inventory Buyer & Planner you will oversee and optimize our stock positions and buying of our company, making sure that we always have the right stock at the right place.
The Inventory Buyer and Planner has different responsibilities throughout the season:
during the pre-order season the Inventory Buyer & Planner manages the buying of our three sales channels (E-commerce, Retail, Wholesale) based on sales data and trends. All three channels have their own dynamics and growth development, which makes a tailor made budget crucial for further growth.
After delivery of the collection in-store, the Inventory Buyer & Planner fullfills other roles. From a commercial perspective the Inventory Buyer & Planner maintains the optimal stock division and planning between the channels based on the demand forecast. And at the end of the season, the Inventory Buyer & Planner is responsible for our smart discounting plan to ensure optimal sales and margin levels. Next to that, the Inventory Buyer & Planner is responsible for stock checks and controlling, making sure the stock is always accountable.
What will you do?
• You will be responsible for creating buying budgets based on turnover targets and demand forecast in season, including outlet season
• You will manage the seasonal buy for our own channels (E-commerce, Retail and Wholesale) as well as repeat of bestselling styles in season
• You will be responsible for the stock control within Fabienne Chapot, including stock and inventory checks and month end reports
• You will be responsible for stock planning, including discounting, allocation between different channels including retail, stock KPI’s and overstock selling
What do we ask from you?
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar position
• A Bachelor / Master study in Business Administration, International Business,
Logistics or similar education
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English and Dutch
• You are available at least 4 days a week to work as part of the team
• A hands-on mentality and always on the lookout for opportunities
• You have a solution oriented driven mindset, can work independently and take
ownership of your work
• Experience in working with ERP systems (ITSP is a pre)
• Experience in Excel and how to use data to create insightful analysis that help us

Working closely with both the retail and head office teams, your focus will be on maximizing turnover and profitability while establishing a strong foundation for future growth. You will report to the Director of People & Culture & Retail and be based in Amsterdam.
