Sales Manager Benelux (32–40 hours)
We are looking for a driven, strategic, and entrepreneurial Sales Manager Benelux to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing the Dutch and Belux Wholesale team. You will develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize revenue growth and further strengthen the brand positioning of Fabienne Chapot. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver the best in terms of collection, service, and marketing activities to our clients. We’re looking for a candidate with the potential to grow into a broader international role in the future. You will report to the Commercial Director.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and grow market share.
- Lead the Benelux Sales team, consisting of 3 (senior) account managers, and ensure the continued development and growth of the team.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and grow market share.
- Responsible for managing and growing approximately 15 existing accounts in the Benelux region, while proactively identifying new business opportunities.
- Analyze sales figures and performance to identify commercial opportunities and implement improvement strategies.
- Coordinate sales activities and collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing and Product Development.
What you bring
- At least 5–8 years of experience in a sales (management) role, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Sales experience in the Benelux region.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans and business development.
- Strong commercial skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
- Experience in team management; coaching and developing employees.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Available for at least 4 days per week.

- A competitive salary between EUR 4,750 and 5,750 (based on 40 hours), depending on experience.
