Production Manager
As a Production Manager at Fabienne Chapot, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end production process of our seasonal collections. This includes working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure that all products are produced on time, within budget, and meet the company’s high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in the fashion industry, and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning & Coordination: Develop and execute detailed production schedules for all seasonal collections in collaboration with the design, supply chain, and merchandising teams. Ensure that production timelines, quality standards, and cost targets are met throughout the entire process.
- Supplier & Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and/or agents, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration. Evaluate and select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deliveries of materials and finished goods.
- Quality Control: Monitor and ensure that production meets the company’s high standards for quality, ensuring compliance with specifications and company values.
- Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues that arise during production, including delays, quality concerns, or logistics challenges.
- Budget Management: Oversee production costs and work to optimize efficiency and reduce production costs without compromising quality.

Sustainability Initiatives: Support sustainability initiatives by ensuring that suppliers and production processes align with Fabienne Chapot’s sustainability goals and ethical practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, materials, and quality control.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices in fashion production is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
- Fluent in English.
