Article 2 Who is responsible for personal data processing?
2.1 Fabienne Chapot is responsible for the processing of personal data (data controller). Fabienne Chapot shall determine the purpose and means of the processing. This means that Fabienne Chapot is responsible for the personal data it processes.

Article 8 Processing of personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA)
8.1 In principle, Fabienne Chapot only processes your personal data within the EEA. If personal data is transferred to a country outside the EEA, Fabienne Chapot shall provide appropriate safeguards to ensure as far as possible that the transfer takes place in accordance with the GDPR.
Article 9 How long does Fabienne Chapot keep your personal data?

9.2 More specifically, Fabienne Chapot uses the following retention periods;

Fabienne Chapot retains your personal data for up to two weeks after the completion of your application.
9.3 After the (legal) retention periods, your personal data will be destroyed. (Legal) retention periods may change.
