Easily ordering your favourite items. On this page you will find all you need to know.

+ - Placing an order

After adding products to your basket, you can choose to proceed to check out or view your basket. You then reach 'Checkout'. Here you can fill in your details and log in to your Fabienne Chapot account if you have one. Don't forget to select the shipment method and to accept the general terms and conditions. After completing your payment, the order is placed. Confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. Haven't received confirmation? Contact our Customer Care team.

 If you’re ordering from outside the European Union, you as a customer are responsible for paying your country’s applicable VAT and customs fees. The carriers will charge these costs at your door.

+ - Changing an order

Unfortunately, you cannot change an order yourself. If you have entered the wrong size or address, contact our Customer Care Team immediately. We will then try to resolve it for you. Unfortunately, if your parcel is already ready for shipping, we cannot change it. You can call our Customer Care Team on working days between 09.00 and 17.30 on+31 (0) 20 2400720.

+ - Cancelling an order

You are entitled to cancel your order before delivery. However, because we try to ship your order as quickly as possible, it may already be on its way. If this is the case, you can return the parcel free of charge within 30 days. Find more information about the returns process here. 

+ - Account

Having an account on the website makes it easy to track the status of your current order and check your order history. You can also keep a wish list and see your balance on a FC Gift Card. You don't need to create an account to place an order.

+ - Forgotten password

If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgotten password" to request a new one. After entering your e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail with which you can reset your password. If you still have problems logging in, please contact our Customer Care Team.

+ - Product sold out

If a product has sold out, you can use the 'Want-It' function. Fill in your e-mail address and you will receive an e-mail when your size comes back in stock. You can also contact one of our Boutiques near you and ask whether they have the item in stock. Find more information about our Boutiques here.

+ - Discount code

Have you received a discount code? You can enter the discount code at the last step of the 'Checkout' process. In most cases, discount codes are not valid on Sale items.
