+ - How does the recipient receive the FC E-Gift Card?

The recipient receives the FC E-Gift Card by e-mail. Do you prefer to give the E-Gift Card yourself? Then fill in your own e-mail address as the e-mail address of the recipient.

+ - How can the FC E-Gift Card be redeemed?

You can use the E-Gift Card online and in Fabienne Chapot boutiques. To use online, please fill in your personal code at the FC Gift Card payment method at the checkout. Prefer to shop in one of our boutiques? Show the email to a stylist at the cashdeck. 

+ - Can I personalise the FC E-Gift Card?

Yes, by leaving a personal message for the recipient you can add a personal touch to the FC E-Gift Card!

+ - What happens if I return a purchase I have made with a FC E-Gift Card?

The paid amount will be refunded on the FC E-Gift Card, so you can spend it again next time. The FC E-Gift Card is not refundable or exchangeable for money.
