FAQ Archive Sale
+ - How long do I have access to the Archive Sale?
With your personal access code you have unlimited access to the Archive Sale between Thursday October the 24th and Wednesday October the 30th, so you can shop undisturbed!
+ - Is stock updated during the Archive Sale?
No, inventory is not updated. What you see is what you get!
+ - What can I do if my size is sold out?
If your size is sold out, we regret to disappoint you. Unfortunately we are no longer adding stock to the Archive Sale.
+ - I would also like to order items from the regular collection. Can that be done in one order?
How nice to hear that you also want to order items from the regular collection! Unfortunately, it is not possible to place Archive Sale items and regular items in one order. You will have to place two separate orders: one in the Archive Sale webshop and one in the regular webshop. To order items from the regular collection, please visit fabiennechapot.nl.
+ - How do I know my size?
On every product page you will find a link to our size chart. Here you will find all the information you need, but of course our Customer Care team is also ready for all your questions!

+ - Can I cancel or change my online Archive Sale order?
Once the order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed. You can of course always return your order after receipt according to our return instructions.
+ - How can I pay for my order for the Archive Sale?
Our payment partner Shopify Payments protects all your data. The following fast, easy and secure payment methods are available:
- IDeal
- PayPal
- Credit card
- Bancontact
Gift cards cannot be exchanged during our Archive Sale. If you live in the UK, Norway, Sweden or a non-EU country, please check your local import duties and taxes. These can be added to your shipping costs upon delivery.
+ - When can I expect delivery of my Archive Sale order?
As soon as we have shipped your package, you will receive an email with the track and trace code. Here you will find a general overview of our international shipping rates and estimated delivery times. We aim to ship within 1-5 working days. We work with PostNL, DHL and DPD.

+ - Why didn't I receive a confirmation email?
How nice that you shopped in our Archive Sale!If you have not received a confirmation, please check your spam box to be sure!If you don't find it there either, we ask you to be patient. Due to the crowds, your order confirmation may arrive a little later.
Returns
FAQ Archive Sale
+ - Can I return my online Archive Sale purchases?
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Go to http://fabiennechapot.com/archive-return
- Log in with your order number and e-mail address.
- Select the number of items you want to return with the corresponding reason.
- Choose your preferred shipping method.
- After registering your return shipment, you will receive your return label or barcode via email and you can hand in your return package at a package point of the carrier you have chosen (PostNL or DHL). Keep your shipping receipt safe!
Please note: The return costs for Netherlands, Belgium and Germany have a standard fee of €5,99 + €1,- per item you return. For other countries, returns are at your own expense. Items cannot be returned in one of our boutiques.
+ - Can I exchange my online Archive Sale purchases?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items purchased at our Online Archive Sale.This is also stated in our general terms and conditions.Items purchased at the Online Archive sale cannot be returned to any of our boutiques.
+ - Is it possible to combine multiple orders into one return shipment?
Please note that each return label is uniquely linked to a specific order, so it’s not possible to combine multiple orders into one return shipment. This ensures accurate processing of your refund for each order. If you need to return more than one order, please generate a separate return label for each to avoid any delays with your refunds. Thank you for your understanding!
