E-commerce Intern


Are you ready to take your first steps in e-commerce? This is your chance to become part of the Fabienne Chapot team. Fabienne Chapot is a bold and colourful fashion brand, proudly born and raised in Amsterdam. We are known for our in-house designed prints, vivid colours, feminine tailoring, and quirky details. We launch two collections a year, each made up of 5 chapters. Our collections are sold through nearly 1,000 points of sale worldwide, in our own online boutique, and in ten brand stores.

What is the job about?
As an E-commerce intern, you will support the e-commerce team with various daily tasks. You’ll gain a unique behind-the-scenes look at fashion e-commerce and actively contribute to our online growth. The internship is based at our HQ in Amsterdam, with the possibility to work from home on occasion.


What will you do?

  • Supporting the onboarding and updating new products on our own webshop and marketplaces
  • Checking and enriching product data (such as titles, descriptions, sizes, and images)
  • Contributing ideas for conversion optimization on product pages
  • Assisting in analyzing online sales performance
  • Providing support with daily e-commerce operations, such as updating content and performing stock checks



Requirements

  • Enthusiasm for our brand, embracing our personal, positive, transparent and empowering values;
  • You are following a relevant Bachelor / Master study (e.g Business Administration, AMFI Fashion Management, Business Economics, Communication Studies)
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch;
  • You have an analytical and problem-solving driven mindset;
  • You are a quick learner and feel comfortable working with new systems
  • You are available at least 4 days a week to work as part of the team, for a minimum of 20 weeks.
