Retail Analyst & Project Manager


Are you analytically sharp, eager to learn, and passionate about retail? We’re looking
for a hands-on Retail Analyst & Project Manager to support our retail operations
through smart data analysis and the execution of on-the-ground projects.


This new (!) role reports directly to the Head of Retail and offers a unique
combination of analytical work and hands-on project coordination.


What will you do?
As Retail Analyst & Project Manager, you’ll analyze key retail data to identify trends
and opportunities, helping shape the direction of our retail strategy. In addition, you’ll
support and manage a variety of projects — from finding suitable locations for
Sample Sales to coordinating boutique renovations.


You’ll collaborate closely with teams across our boutiques, marketing, and HR.


Your key responsibilities:

  • Analyze retail data (sales, traffic, customer behavior) to uncover insights
  • Continuously shares insights with our outbound planner for smarter replenishment and stock management of all stores
  • Create reports and translate findings into actionable plans
  • Support and manage retail-related projects, including:
    • Location scouting for Sample Sales and pop-ups
    • Coordinating boutique renovations or relocations
    • Supporting retail process improvements
  • Work closely with the Head of Retail to support strategic initiatives

 

What do we ask from you?

  • A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO), ideally in Business, Economics, Data, or related fields
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus
  • Affinity with retail — any prior experience (including part-time) is highly valued
  • A structured, hands-on approach and eagerness to take ownership
  • Excellent communication skills (Dutch and English required).
