How can I book a repair?
To use the service, go to the repair portal here. There, you select your order in just a few steps. Tell us what’s broken or doesn’t fit right. Once the booking is complete, you’ll receive a shipping code to send your item to MENDED. Skilled tailors carefully repair your piece using quality materials. Within 10 days, your item returns to you, ready for many more wears.
Can I also book alterations like shortening trousers?
Yes, you can also shorten trousers, tighten waistbands, shorten dress straps and more. Just take a look at the repair portal to see if the service you're looking for is included.
Who will repair or alter my clothes?
Your repair or adjustment will be handled by our partner MENDED. MENDED works with experienced tailors across the Netherlands and Germany who will lovingly recreate your garment by hand.
How long will it take to receive my garment back?
Tailors will get to work as quickly as possible once your garment arrives. This way you have your item back within 10 days. If any questions pop up about your repair we will contact you and if we are waiting for your reply this may delay the processing times.
Who should I contact if I have questions about my repair (order status, complaint, etc.)?
Since MENDED provides the entire service, they are also the right contact for any questions you may have regarding your repair or alteration. Just send an email to the MENDED Customer Support via support@mended.eu
What about warranty cases?
If you recently purchased something from us that has a quality defect, please contact our Customer Support Team.
