Campaign & Channel Specialist
Location: Amsterdam (applicants must live in the Netherlands)
Are you a structured go-getter with a natural talent for planning, coordination and
stakeholder management? We’re looking for a driven and tenacious Campaign & Channel Specialist to join our Marketing team and elevate our campaign
communication to the next level.
This role offers the opportunity to shape our yearly communications calendar and
ensure timely and high-quality execution of toolkits across all channels and markets.
What will you do?
As our Campaign & Channel Specialist, you'll translate our brand strategy into
market-specific communication objectives and a clear, actionable yearly calendar.
You'll coordinate campaigns across our core markets (NL, DACH & BE), track
performance, and continuously optimize effectiveness and brand impact.
You’ll collaborate closely with our content, marketing and channel teams.
Your key responsibilities:
- Translate our brand strategy into annual communication objectives per market
- Create and own the yearly communication calendar
- Develop clear frameworks for each campaign by market
- Ensure timely and high-quality content/toolkit delivery by coordinating with channel leads
- Monitor campaign KPIs and share insights for continuous optimization
What do we ask from you?
- A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, Hotel School or similar
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Strong communication skills and the ability to bring clarity and structure
- Stakeholder-savvy and persistent in driving progress
- A natural planner who motivates others to deliver within deadlines
- A flexible mindset and collaborative team player
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in Fashion or Beauty is a plus
