International Sales Intern

This is your chance to join the Fabienne Chapot Sales team. Fabienne Chapot is a
fashion brand born and raised in Amsterdam. We favour prints designed in-house, vivid colours, feminine tailoring and quirky details. We launch 2 collections a year, each
consisting of 6 chapters. Our items are being sold in almost 1000 points of sale
worldwide, in our online boutiques and 7 brand boutiques.

The Role
As an International Sales Intern, you will play a key supporting role within our Export
department. You will assist in identifying and exploring new international business
opportunities, improving daily processes, and maintaining accurate administrative and sales reports. You will also collaborate on projects such as pop-up events and international trade shows, and support strategic decision-making through presentations and analysis. You’ll work closely with both the Commercial Director, International Sales Coordinator and the rest of the sales team to help structure and expand our international presence.


Your Tasks

  • Identifying commercial opportunities for our export markets
  • Improving and automating day-to-day processes to enhance efficiency
  • Handling administrative work (maintaining and updating reports, order portfolios, client information)
  • Preparing and updating presentations, reports and visualizations to support decision making
  • Supporting various projects like pop-ups / international trade shows with other
    teams
  • Actively collaborate with the Commercial Director and International Sales
    Coordinator.

 

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm for our brand, embracing our personal, positive, transparent and
    empowering values
  • You are following a relevant Bachelor / Master study (e.g Business Administration, International Business)
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch
  • You have a hands-on driven mindset
  • You have a positive energy, like to get things done and can work well independently
  •  You are available at least 4 days a week to work as part of the team, for at least 5 months (20 weeks)
