E-Commerce Specialist


We are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to join our E-Commerce Team! As an E-commerce Specialist, you are responsible for the smooth, structured and accurate execution of our day-to-day e-commerce and marketplace operations. You make sure everything behind the scenes runs as it should - from product data and content to marketplace connections and platform processes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, gets energy from working with systems and processes, and takes full ownership of execution. You work closely with the Head of E-commerce, who sets the strategic direction, while you focus on making sure plans are translated into flawless execution.

You will operate in a dynamic environment with multiple websites, marketplaces and stakeholders - and you are exactly the kind of person who enjoys keeping the overview and improving the way things work.

What will you do?

  • Own and execute all daily operational e-commerce and marketplace activities
  • Manage and maintain our e-commerce platform (Shopify) and marketplaces
  • Be the main point of contact for our e-commerce agency and marketplace partners on an operational level
  • Ensure product data, content, pricing and availability are accurate and consistent across platforms
  • Monitor platform performance and flag issues or improvement opportunities
  • Execute and optimize website development together with our agency to continuously improve the customer experience
  • Structure, document and improve e-commerce and marketplace processes
  • Independently explore, test and optimize systems, tools and workflows
  • Supervise and coach the e-commerce intern in their daily activities


What are we looking for?

  • 2–5 years of experience in an operational e-commerce or marketplace role
  • Experience with Shopify and/or ChannelEngine (experience with marketplaces is a strong plus)
  • Someone who enjoys execution, structure and precision, and consciously chooses an operational role
  • Strong affinity with systems, tools and processes — curious, analytical and willing to dive deep to understand how things work
  • Able to manage multiple platforms and stakeholders while keeping a clear overview
  • Hands-on, reliable and comfortable taking full ownership of execution
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (German is a plus)
