Interim Supply Chain Lead

For our Supply Chain team we are looking for an experienced interim Supply Chain Lead. A unique opportunity to think along strategically and to execute operationally in an entrepreneurial working environment in a fast-growing company. Within our company targets you have the freedom to develop and implement our Supply Chain!  
This is a temporary position for approximately 5 to 6 months to cover maternity leave.

What will you do?

  • You know better than anyone what it takes to put Fabienne Chapot’s inbound supply chain as efficient as possible. Be responsible for coordinating the whole chain from supplier to our warehouse in the Netherlands. You will serve as a key point of contact, coordinating seamlessly with suppliers, the production team, transporters, customs, the warehouse, and the outbound team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. With your proactive, results-oriented attitude you manage to take actions to meet the
    deadlines.
  • You support our Supply Chain Director in data management. With input from our
    Design, Production and Finance team you are responsible for the right data in our ERP system. 
  • You coordinate the sample plan process; from initial buying decisions to ensuring each sample is delivered on in the right showroom for the sales season.
  • You align closely with design, buying, product development, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.
  • Using your strong and relevant data oriented skills, you ensure that all internal &
    external stakeholders are aware of the critical path and meet their deadlines.

 

What do we ask from you?

  • Around 5-year experience in a similar position;
  • Knowledge of the ERP system It’s Perfect is a pré;
  • A Bachelor / Master study in Supply Chain, Business Administration or a similar study;  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English;  
  • You are available 4/5 days a week to work as part of the team;  
  • Experience in fashion or lifestyle or at least highly involved in these areas;
  • A hands-on mentality and always on the lookout for opportunities;  
  • You have an optimistic “glass half full” mindset.
