Finance/ AI Intern

 

This is your chance to join the Fabienne Chapot Finance/AI team. Fabienne Chapot is a fashion brand born and raised in Amsterdam. We favour prints designed in-house, vivid colours, feminine tailoring and quirky details.  We launch 2 collections a year, each consisting of 6 chapters. Our items are being sold in almost 400 points of sale worldwide, in our online boutiques and 8 brand boutiques. Besides Amsterdam, we also have offices and showrooms in Munich and Antwerp.

The Role

 

As an Finance/AI Intern you will support the Finance/AI department. Together with you, we want to develop and improve the Finance/AI processes of our fast-growing company. You will also play an important role in identifying, building, and implementing AI and automation solutions that improve workflows across the organization. Will work mostly from our HQ in Amsterdam, but some home office days are also possible. 


Your Tasks 

 

  • Building smart workflows and automations for financial and operational processes 

  • Exploring AI applications for reporting, forecasting, and decision support

  • Improving information flows and reducing repetitive manual tasks 

  • Experimenting with AI tools, APIs, and automation platforms 

  • Collaborating across departments to test and implement new ideas


Requirements 

 

  • Enthusiasm for our brand, embracing our personal, positive, transparent and empowering values; 

  • You are following a relevant Bachelor / Master study (e.g Finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, AI, Econometrics or similar);

  • You are fluent in English and Dutch (& preferably German); 

  • You have a curious, analytical, and hands-on driven mindset; 

  • You like to work in a creative team;

  • You have a positive energy, like to get things done and can work well independently; 

  • You are available at least 4 days a week to work as part of the team, for at least 24 weeks.
