Waiting for your package to arrive has got to be one of the most exciting feelings - at least, we think so! Here’s how we make the process as smooth as possible.

Spend over €100 in our webshop and you’ll get free shipping to selected countries. Didn’t quite fill your basket? Please see the table below for the latest shipping fees.

Delivery within the Netherlands

Order before 22.00 on business days for next-day delivery to your doorstep, orders placed after 22.00 will be delivered within 1-2 working days by PostNL. Once the order is dispatched from the Fabienne Chapot warehouse, you’ll receive an e-mail with tracking information. If you’re not home, the courier will leave instructions on how to pick up your package at the nearest post office.

Since 01-01-2021 all shipments coming from outside the United Kingdom need to pay import duties to import the goods into the UK, because the United Kingdom left the European Union. You as a customer are responsible for paying these customs fees. The carriers will charge these costs at your door.

The delivery time will take 1-2 weeks.

Incomplete delivery
We always try our best to deliver your order in full and on time. If something is missing or something else is wrong with your order, please contact us by e-mail within 7 days after delivery. Send your e-mail to info@fabiennechapot.com with the following information:
Your order number or a copy of your proof of purchase
A brief explanation of the missing/defective product
A photo which clearly shows the problem
