2.1      Fabienne Chapot is responsible for the processing of personal data (data controller). Fabienne Chapot shall determine the purpose and means of the processing. This means that Fabienne Chapot is responsible for the personal data it processes.

6.2      Fabienne Chapot will not provide your personal data to any parties other than those mentioned above, unless this is necessary due to a legal obligation or if you have given permission for the provision of the data.

Article 8      Processing of personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA)

8.1      In principle, Fabienne Chapot only processes your personal data within the EEA. If personal data is transferred to a country outside the EEA, Fabienne Chapot shall provide appropriate safeguards to ensure as far as possible that the transfer takes place in accordance with the GDPR.

 

Article 9      How long does Fabienne Chapot keep your personal data?

9.1      Fabienne Chapot shall not store your personal data in a form that enables Fabienne Chapot to identify you any longer than is necessary for the purposes specified in this privacy policy;

9.2      More specifically, Fabienne Chapot uses the following retention periods;

  • for people who receive the newsletter or other direct marketing messages from Fabienne Chapot;

until you unsubscribe from the newsletter or withdraw your consent to receive other direct marketing communications from Fabienne Chapot. After unsubscribing from the newsletter or withdrawing your consent, your data will be deleted from our systems within 30 days.

  • for people who have applied to us for a position within the Fabienne Chapot team, but with whom we have not entered into an employment contract or assignment agreement:

Fabienne Chapot retains your personal data for up to two weeks after the completion of your application.

9.3       After the (legal) retention periods, your personal data will be destroyed. (Legal) retention periods may change.

9.4       The aforementioned periods do not apply in the event that Fabienne Chapot is legally obliged to retain the personal data for a longer period or if this is necessary for the preparation or substantiation of a legal claim.
