Within the Netherlands iDEAL is the number one online banking payment method. We accept iDEAL payments from the following banks: ABN Amro, ASN Bank, bunq, Handelsbanken, ING, Knab, Rabobank, RegioBank, Revolut, SNS Bank, Triodos Bank and Van Lanschot Bankiers.
PayPal is another of our trusted, online payment partners. When paying through PayPal you’ll be redirected to the PayPal login where you can enter your details and pay. You will receive a confirmation from both PayPal and FC after completing your order.
We accept the following major players: Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
With Bancontact you can easily and safely pay via your own banking environment. Payments are guaranteed and immediately confirmed. Moreover, payments via Bancontact are always secured by 3D-secure. Bancontact can only be used by Belgian customers
SOFORT is a safe and simple direct transfer option similar to iDEAL, for international banks. When paying through SOFORT, you’ll be redirected to the SOFORT login page where you can enter your bank details and pay.
With ApplePay you can pay on an iPhone, iPad or Macbook. Complete your order and choose ApplePay as payment method, after which your payment cards will be opened. Confirm your identity with Face ID or Touch ID and the payment will be made immediately.
Have a Gift Card? Lucky you! FC Gift Cards can be used to pay for (part of) your order online or in the Fabienne Chapot Boutiques. Our Gift Cards can be used on sale and non-sale items.

Taxes and duties
If you live in a non-EU country + Norway and Sweden, please check your local import taxes and duties. These may be added to your shipping costs at delivery.
