Styling and Shoot Production Intern

The Role
As a Styling & Shoot Production Intern, you’ll be a key support to our Creative team, acting as the right hand to both the Creative Stylist and Creative Producer. You’ll play an essential role in bringing our campaigns to life — developing and assisting with diverse styling concepts and production plans from start to finish. We’re looking for someone with a proactive and creative mindset, who’s eager to get involved in all aspects of production — whether it’s crafting moodboards, organizing samples, assisting on set, or solving last-minute challenges with a calm and can-do attitude. A keen eye for fashion and a strong interest in current trends is a must. You should thrive in fast-paced environment and love being the behind-the-scenes host of the shoot — ensuring everything runs smoothly and everyone feels well taken care of.
This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, detail-oriented, passionate about styling and production, and ready to learn by doing.
Your Tasks
- Assisting the Creative Stylist in sourcing, selecting, and preparing looks for photoshoots
- Supporting the Creative Producer in organizing and coordinating all aspects of production
- Creating styling proposals, moodboards, and shoot concepts
- Helping with the logistics of shoots (e.g. location setup, transportation of samples, call sheets)
- Managing and organizing samples and returns
- Being present on set to support with last-minute styling adjustments, dressing models, or troubleshooting unexpected issues
- Keeping track of fashion trends and contributing ideas to the creative direction
- Acting as the on-set host, ensuring talent and crew feel welcome and everything runs smoothly
- Helping with post-shoot tasks such as packing, returns, and archiving content
- Collaborating closely with other team members across creative, marketing, and production departments
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for our brand, embracing our personal, positive, transparent and empowering values;
- You are following a relevant MBO / Bachelor / Master study (TMO, Saxion, AMFI or any fashion related study)
- You are fluent in English and Dutch;
- Drivers license
- A strong interest in fashion, styling, and production;
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with strong organizational skills;
- The ability to work under pressure;
- A good eye for detail and aesthetics;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Familiarity with fashion trends and a natural sense of style;
- The ability to multitask and manage different responsibilities simultaneously;
- Willingness to take initiative and contribute ideas;
- Availability to be on-site and flexible with working hours, especially around shoot days
