We take inspiration from brave women who pushed boundaries, conquering the waves and seeking the best from vast waters.
For this second chapter, Unkown Waters, we are inspired by Jeanne Baret. She was the first woman to get around the world by boat in 1766. She disguised herself as a man, so she could board a colonial ship to explore her love of botany. We imagined the boat that she traveled in adding layers to the collection.
Our Jazzy Zebra print packs a powerful punch, a print that you want to wear all summer long. Jazzy Zebra is inspired by the reflections of the ocean and the way the wind makes shapes in the sand on the beach.
Fleur de Mer
We fell in love with the tough attitude she needed on this mission, with passion and guts to discover the world. During her travels, she was crucial to the discovery of many plants & flowers, which we scattered throughout the prints in the collection.
This Fleur de Mer print is inspired by Jeanne Baret her will to discover flowers. Take a good look and you'll discover a mix of flowers and shells.
